Very prompt service. Came out to assess the problem and offered to replace/repair parts or re fit a new boiler. We opted to have a new boiler. Which he fitted the next day. Pete was very friendly and did a quick clean job. I would not hesitate to te amend him to other people and will definitely use him for future jobs.

Peter is thoroughly professional. He had a tricky issue to resolve but he absolutely would not give up until the boiler was working properly and the emissions were "spot on". A first class service and I could not fault it. No hesitation in using him again for servicing, repairs or new boiler installation. Very happy customer!

Started using Cannock Heating Services,after having used British gas for years with a service contract,they tried to repair my boiler but said it was condemned but after investigation by Cannock heating the fault was an incorrect installation of the flue on the last visit by British gas .Cannock heating repaired the boiler that was 6 years ago
Fast forward to now the boiler been replaced this week and did not hesitate to use Cannock heating supplies to install and service annually a first class install

Highly recommend - after a part we needed for boiler repairs was no longer available (19 year old boiler!) Peter prioritized us for fitting a new boiler so we weren't without heating/hot water for too long. Explained any technical instructions on how to amend boiler pressure and what different parts did, so I fully understood and could easily follow.

Pete the plumber is so reliable recently when I had a problem with my boiler he messaged me back to help he came out the following day to sort the problem. We decided to have a new boiler as our old boiler was quite old and he installed it within the following 2 weeks top marks for Pete the plumber.

We woke up to find the boiler had switched off and called Peter who was able to visit on the day and root caused isue to a faulty Gas meter. He then arranged for Britisch Gas to come round and fix it on the same day. Fast, efficient and friendly service.

We were facing Christmas with no heating after British Gas had spent over 3 hours trying to repair our boiler which ended in them telling us we needed a new boiler with a quote of £3,805.00. I asked Peter who was attending another breakdown to help me. Peter sorted out our boiler and found that our radiator values had been shut on all radiators preventing the radiators receiving water. This was done by a BG engineer stating he had balanced them. I have now cancelled my service contract with BG, made a formal complaint and will be using Peter from now on. Happy Christmas and thank you for your help to my family this Christmas.

Pete removed our old boiler and water tank and fitted a Combi boiler. He is reliable and did the job for a really reasonable price . We would recommend Pete to anyone looking to have a new boiler fitted.

I'm proud owner of a new more economical boiler thanks to Peter. He did a grand job and provided all the knowledge required for me to decide on the system to suit my needs and subsequently to operate it efficiently. You should be warned, he does like his tea. One large mug,one sugar and a smallish drop of milk. Oh and several refills depending on size of the job.

My daughter had a problem with her heating over the Christmas period and I rang Cannock heating and they came out to look at it, they highlighted the problem ordered the parts and it was working again within 48 hours 👍

Sods law boiler breaks down at the coldest part of the year.Could not find an engineer to fix until I came across Peter. Can't recommend him highly enough. His knowledge and can do attitude was what we needed, he fixed it and we were up and running in no time.

My brother has dementia and had no heating. Cannock Heating Service came to the rescue. Peter and the team pushed John to the front of queue, fitting a new boiler and getting his heating working, including follow up visits to check the system and clean the filters. We had prompt, efficient and caring service. John now has a warm house and hot water. Thank you Cannock Heating Services.

Peter came to our boiler difficulties, as an emergency on Thursday, February 17th 2022.
We were concerned with the lack of heating especially over the weekend as we were due to be away. He immediately relieved our fears of a major issue being involved. Peter resolved the blocked problem within 15 minutes. Later after finding water on the floor he was happy to take our call and talk us through resolving an unrelated issue. Peter is extremely approachable, very experienced and professional.
I would have every confidence recommending Peter.

Pete fitted a new boiler for us in 2020.The old water tanks were removed and new boiler fitted in one day with no fuss whatsoever. He provided guidance and a full run down on how to use everything and we were back up and running in no time. A text reminder is sent yearly for the service which was completed today.He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and unbelievably helpful. Very happy customer.

We were without hot water but the heating was coming on .. called Pete out and it was the valve wasn’t switching over between the heating and hot water .. he soon got it working snd also cleaned out my Magna clean all within the hour .. very impressed ..

This is the second time we have called Peter out for two unrelated boiler faults. The first time he quickly found and sorted a fault on our boiler that 3 previous heating engineers couldn't find. The second time he came, he sorted the fault quickly and then spent the rest of the hour making our system run more efficiently. If you have a heating fault I highly recommend that you give him a call.

We called Pete as our boiler had stopped working. He called to say he was on his way, and after inspection advised we needed a new boiler. He then went out of his way to find one to fit existing cupboard and came the following week to install. Work was completed in a day. We are very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend cannock heating services. Many thanks 😊
